1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The product was not marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked Final Sale

Gift cards

Personal care items (if opened or used)

Customized or made-to-order items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Email us at support@theoneira.com with:

Your order number

Reason for the return

Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a return address.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Email support@theoneira.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank or card statement again

Contact your bank or payment provider
